You will use your experience and expertise in program consulting and oversight of assigned service line in conjunction with program manager, practice manager, an/or administrative designee. What You Will Do

Provide individual and group clinical supervision, clinical direction for staff, and direct service to identified patients as needed. Complete supervisory responsibilities, including staff performance evaluations and reports required by referral sources.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field of study
  • Full License in the state of Indiana in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
  • 2-4 years clinical experience as a Licensed Therapist
  • CANS/ANSA SuperUser certification
  • Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
