Role OverviewThe Clinical Supervisor will work directly with youth residing in the community residence as well as their families/resources in collaboration with their community health providers. The role involves assessing youth and their families, developing individualized service plans, and providing trauma-informed clinical services.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include interviewing and assessing youth and families, completing trauma-informed clinical profiles, developing individualized service plans, and providing crisis intervention. The Clinical Supervisor will also work collaboratively with community partners to ensure excellent client care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent engagement skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office is required.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- At least one year of experience working with children
- Prior experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
