Role OverviewThe Clinical Supervisor provides supervision and oversight of programs and staff within the Blake Behavioral Health program. They oversee the provision of clinical services, monitor the quality of work, and provide feedback to staff. The Clinical Supervisor develops, monitors, and signs member service plans, assessments, and risk assessments. They provide individual, family, and/or group counseling based on needs determined by the Clinical Director and EBF policies.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the coordination with the treatment team, facilitate Child and Family Team and Adult Recovery Team meetings, and attend and participate in all professional meetings, clinical staffings. They will provide comprehensive intakes, assessments, annual assessments, and offer therapeutic and support services as needed. The Clinical Supervisor will also coordinate communication between the members and other providers or community agencies.

Requirements
- Associate license in social work, counseling, marriage and family, or substance abuse recognized by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver’s license with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past three (3) years
- Three (3) years of driving experience required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to employment and regular checks for the duration of the employment
- CPR and First Aid certification (Employer provides)
- Satisfactorily Completed Competency Checklist within 3 months of hire
