Role OverviewThe Clinical Supervisor will be a versatile, self-motivated, results-oriented professional who is able to assist with managing a strong clinical team under the supervision/oversight of the Clinical Director. The Clinical Supervisor is involved with clinical operational oversight and supervision to assigned clinical service staff that may include fully licensed therapists and therapist-interns.
What You Will Do
Responsible for quality assurance in clinical care and documentation, recommends changes to improve service delivery, and provides clinical supervision for assigned clinical personnel.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline required, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience doing therapy
- At least three years of professional experience in clinical supervision
