Role OverviewThe Clinical Supervisor will play a crucial role in the Crime Victims Assistance Bureau (CVAB) by supervising and supporting Clinical Staff team members and interns, conducting outreach and crisis intervention, managing a caseload, and ensuring quality and compliance in clinical documentation.
What You Will Do
Specific duties include, but are not limited to: assisting the Director of Clinical Services with oversight of the Therapy program, conducting weekly supervision sessions with Clinical Staff team members and interns, assisting with the provision of individual, group, and family interventions for survivors exposed to or victimized by crime, and managing a therapy caseload.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have three years post licensure experience in crisis intervention and psychotherapy, with clinical supervision highly preferred. The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with advocate staff to provide supportive services when needed and foster collaborative relationships with legal staff and other CVAB staff.
