Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor (RN) oversees daily nursing care at The Hoy Center, providing leadership to Team Leaders, CNAs, and other assigned staff. This role ensures accurate and timely documentation, supports effective staffing and time management, and promotes meaningful engagement among residents, families, and team members.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in Virginia (or compact state).
  • At least three years of clinical experience in long-term care.
  • At least three years supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with care plan development, delivery of resident care, and recognizing/reporting changes in resident conditions.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Flu-Vaccinated
