Role OverviewThe Clinical Supply Systems Associate supports the Interactive Response Technology (IRT) & Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) platforms, troubleshooting system/data issues, gathering requirements, and supporting quality/validation processes.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building knowledge of IRT & RTSM platforms, providing day-to-day support, investigating system & data issues, and reviewing solution designs.

A strong applicant will have technical/systems skills, domain/process skills, and analytical/reporting skills, with a minimum of 1 year experience with systems supporting Clinical Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience with systems supporting Clinical Supply Chain
- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Minimum Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Information systems, or a related STEM field
