CLINICAL SUPPORT, CMA FT

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited institution
• Completed the Association of Certified Dermatology Technician Course or will complete within one year of hire
• Previous Clinical and Phlebotomy experience is preferred
• One year of relative medical assistant experience in the clinical setting is required if completion of a Medical Assistant program qualification is not met
• 1-3 years’ clinical medical experience is preferred, preferably in Dermatology
• BLS trained and certified at all times
• Computer literate
• Basic Life Support certification is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team player
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to follow clinical pathways and protocols
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle higher-stress phone calls
