Job Description
Altus Spine is a global medical device technology company seeking a Clinical Support Manager for its West Chester, PA location. As a Clinical Support Manager, you will be responsible for case coverage, soliciting orders, and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of internal sales or customer interface experience
  • 5+ years of operating room experience
  • 5+ years of surgical support – spine experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, Salesforce.com, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plan
  • Ability to lift and carry samples and surgical instruments kits up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work on 24-hour per day basis to respond to customer emergencies as dictated by territory and account requirements
