Clinical Support Manager responsible for leading and developing VAs and PCAs, ensuring well-trained staff and efficient inventory management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant/Technician.
  • Leadership or supervisory responsibility preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of veterinary assistant and patient care assistant workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while maintaining a high standard of patient care and client service.
  • Familiarity with veterinary practice management software and basic operational reporting preferred.
