Job Description
Clinical Support Manager responsible for leading and developing VAs and PCAs, ensuring well-trained staff and efficient inventory management.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant/Technician.
Leadership or supervisory responsibility preferred.
Strong working knowledge of veterinary assistant and patient care assistant workflows.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while maintaining a high standard of patient care and client service.
Familiarity with veterinary practice management software and basic operational reporting preferred.
