Role OverviewTennessee Quality Care is seeking a Clinical Team Assistant to join our Home Health team in Bartlett, TN. As a vital member of our team, you'll help keep patient care running smoothly by supporting our clinicians, coordinating communication, and ensuring patients receive exceptional care from the comfort of their homes.
What You Will Do
Support agency compliance, answer and route calls, retrieve and manage clinical documentation, ensure protected health information is properly handled, assist with scheduling, maintain accurate documentation, and provide administrative support.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Home Health experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance
