Clinical Team Lead - IRTS

Requirements

• Supervise and coaches staff
• Hires new employees, coordinates staff schedules across locations and delivers corrective actions when needed
• Assist with clinical over-site of all services at set location
• Conducts assessments (ex. Diagnostic, LOCUS, Mental Health Review, Suicidal, and evaluation level of danger/risk)
• Provide clinical input and supervision of treatment and plan development
• Prevent crisis at the lowest level possible before escalation
• Provide direct service to clients including individual and group counseling services
• Ensure quality assurance for the person(s) served outcomes and service outcomes
• Assist with overseeing compliance with locations license, federal, and state laws, and CARF accreditation
• Ensure all documentation is completed as required
