Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Team Leader to oversee our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Washington and Greene Counties. In this impactful role, you will manage an interdisciplinary clinical team dedicated to delivering comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with severe and persistent mental health illnesses.
What You Will Do
Provide oversight and direction to the ACT team, ensure clients receive high-quality, community-based care. Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team, provide weekly individual and group supervision and quarterly field supervision to foster professional growth.

Requirements
- Masters degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline
- 3+ years of clinical experience working with adults with SPMI (serious and persistent mental illness)
- 2+ years of administrative/supervisory experience
