Role OverviewThe Clinical Therapist - Intensive Outpatient Program is responsible for delivering comprehensive high-quality Evidenced Based care to clients requiring structured mental health treatment in an outpatient setting. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. The team focuses on delivering exceptional care and promoting recovery in a supportive environment.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group therapy sessions, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and providing crisis intervention and support. The Clinical Therapist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field
- Three years of experience in mental health required
- Experience working in an IOP setting is preferred
- Experience using evidence-based treatments to treat multiple behavioral health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required
