Job Description
As a Clinical Therapist - Residential, provide clinical support to youth and their families, assess client needs, and establish therapeutic relationships. Collaborate with staff, engage in correspondence, and communicate information within confidentiality policies. Implement clinical models, strive to meet strategic plan goals, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Provide behavioral health services and assess client needs
  • Establish a therapeutic relationship and utilize interventions to enhance client functioning
  • Meet agency standards and productivity by completing documentation and paperwork
  • Serve as a contact point for families, agencies, and court, engaging in correspondence and communicating information
  • Attend staff meetings, court hearings, etc. based on client needs
  • Design, write, and coordinate individual treatment plans
  • Implement TVN's clinical models with fidelity
  • Use high risk interventions (restraints) with minimum frequency
  • Work with culturally diverse populations/families
  • Use computer proficiency in Word and Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Maintain valid Ohio Driver's License and driving record
  • Willingness to travel and visit clients' homes
