Role OverviewThe Clinical Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy for clients with mental health and/or substance use concerns. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery.
What You Will Do
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for mental health and/or substance use issues using various treatment modalities, including evidence-based practices. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and mental status examinations. Develop, present and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, clients and their families as appropriate.

Requirements
- Master's Degree Required
- Field of Study: Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Experience in Human Services field preferred.
- Rhode Island licensure required: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, or LMFT-A; certification as Principal Counselor or Counselor accepted in lieu of licensure.
- Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection sticker and insured auto.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) designation preferred
