Role OverviewResponsible for training new and existing customers on Cynosure products, including product training and support pre or post sale. The Clinical Trainer will work with the sales team to schedule initial training and ensure that new accounts have ordered necessary products and accessories.

Provide product training and support, schedule initial training, ensure new accounts have ordered necessary products, field clinical questions from customers, record and communicate visit details, and embody the "Exceptional Everyday".

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in nursing, education, life Sciences, or another related field
- RN, LPN, NP, PA, Aesthetician, Laser Technician or equivalent
- Preferred three to five years of clinical training or experience in a medical setting using Cynosure brand energy-based devices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Trustworthiness, respect, and integrity
- Ability to schedule travel in the most efficient and effective manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web tools
