Role OverviewThe Clinical Trial Lead will be responsible for leading global, cross-functional trial teams to ensure successful delivery of complex Phase III studies. The role requires strategic oversight, accountability for timelines, quality, and governance. The Clinical Trial Lead will also serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding trial progress, governance, and issue resolution.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Clinical Trial Lead will include authoring and managing essential trial documentation, providing strategic input and making scientific or medical decisions, ensuring consistent use of study tools and adherence to GCP/ICH guidelines, and leading interdisciplinary core trial teams.

Requirements
- Master's or higher-level degree in life sciences or related field
- Minimum of 5 years (or 10 years for Senior CTL role) of global clinical operations management experience
- Experience in setting up and conducting Phase III clinical trials
- Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements
- Therapeutic area knowledge in oncology, inflammatory, or CMR
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent language skills in English
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership competencies and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

- Potential base pay range of $93,100.00 - $232,800.00
