Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join a global clinical research team supporting a US-based pharmaceutical client. The Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring studies are delivered according to timelines, quality standards, budgets, protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operational execution of assigned clinical trials, develop and maintain study timelines, milestones, and operational plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in clinical research
- Experience managing clinical trials within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or related healthcare organization
- Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical research processes, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Experience coordinating CROs, vendors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against timelines in a remote, international environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and common clinical trial/project management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field
