What You Will Do

Provide leadership and oversight for a 54-bed split skilled nursing unit, ensuring exceptional resident care, strong clinical outcomes, and a positive work environment for your team. Key responsibilities include leading, supervising, and supporting nursing department staff, ensuring physician orders are accurately followed and implemented, and conducting regular rounds to assess resident needs, conditions, and quality of care.

Requirements

  • Current Indiana RN or LPN license
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing
  • Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
