Job Description
The Early Childhood Behavioral Health Program (ECBH) provides home-based (Infant Mental Health) and community-based services for families with children ages 0-6. The program focuses on promoting attachment, development, and emotional well-being through a Family Centered Planning model and behavioral-specific treatment goals.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related field (social work, psychology, counseling).
  • State of Michigan Full or Limited License (MSW, Professional Counselor, Psychologist).
  • CAFAS or PECFAS Certification a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience engaging children and families in a cultural competency framework.
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention.
