Job Description
We are hiring a Clinician Experience Specialist to deliver an exceptional experience to our rapidly expanding user base. The role involves supporting clinicians virtually, resolving issues, and guiding users to get the most out of Nabla's platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in healthcare technology, customer success, or support
  • 2+ years in a clinical or clinical documentation role (e.g., scribe, medical assistant, nurse)
  • Startup experience, ideally in healthcare SaaS
  • Technical skills, including proficiency with tools like Front (ticketing system), Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar systems
