Job Description
Join Victor Community Support Services as a Clinician and deliver care that creates lasting change for youth and families. As a Clinician, you'll provide quality clinical treatment and case management, and work collaboratively with a team to help others soar.

Requirements

  • Provides comprehensive mental health assessments on assigned clients
  • Develops treatment plans and goals based on assessed areas of needs and strengths
  • Monitors and evaluates client's progress on identified goals
  • Completes all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Acts as the liaison between the program and family/community agencies
  • Provides individual, family, and group counseling
  • Meets Agency service percentage standard reflecting expected time spent with clients
  • Completes other assigned program operational tasks
