Job Description
Closing Specialist sought to join our team. Responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales and unsold estimates over the phone. Self-motivated individual with passion for sales required.

Requirements

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads
  • Great phone closing skills and experience
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service
  • Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing
  • Prior field Plumbing and/or HVAC experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meet and exceed client expectations for service
  • Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
  • Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
