Job Description
Join our team as a Closing Specialist, responsible for proactive outreach to customers, generating leads, and closing sales and unsold estimates over the phone.

Requirements

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads
  • Great phone closing skills and experience
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain a strong customer focus
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget
  • Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing
  • Prior field Plumbing and/or HVAC experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meet and exceed client expectations for service
  • Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
  • Maintain a professional image
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
