Role Overview

The Closing Team Leader continues the momentum from the team’s day of hard work to finish strong; they take care of the guest until the doors close each night. They prioritize through the eyes of the guest, have a deep understanding of each leader’s vision for their business, and have fun with the team while nailing closing routines.

What You Will Do

A typical day will most likely include demonstrating inclusivity, prioritizing the guest experience, understanding your role in sales growth, leading and demonstrating a culture of executing all best practices, problem solving and prioritizing across multiple business areas, and supporting your leader with store operations.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Lead and hold others accountable
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
