As a Pricer at RWB Thrift, you will set prices for merchandise destined for the sales floor, collaborate with team members, and ensure consistent pricing standards while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail pricing or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product value and market trends
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing assessments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using pricing tools and software applications
  • Knowledge of thrift store operations and merchandise categories is a plus
