Job Description
Dayforce is seeking a Cloud Change and Configuration Manager to lead and evolve change and configuration management practices across its global Cloud Services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, stability, and compliance of cloud environments by governing the end-to-end change lifecycle and maintaining accurate configuration baselines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Change and/or Configuration Management.
  • Deep expertise in ITIL-based change management practices, controls, audit, and reporting.
  • Experience managing CMDB platforms and configuration governance (e.g., ServiceNow, ITOM, CSDM, Azure environments).
