Role OverviewThe Cloud Engineer is responsible for operations management of the Cloud for customers' pre-production and production environments. This includes uptime, deployment, administration, and technology selection. The Cloud Engineer will be part of a global team responsible for project delivery and responding to our daily challenges.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include issue management & troubleshooting, proactive management of environments to avoid incidents, working with multidisciplinary project teams, and collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.

Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience providing system support in a technical environment working with customers
- Experience in system performance and stability of cloud environments
- Experience with CI/CD systems
- Experience with SysOps
- Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
