Role OverviewNorthHill Technology Resources seeks a Cloud Operations Engineer to support a Federal Program in Springfield, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI Clearance and will sponsor for CI Polygraph within the first year. The Cloud Engineer will work with a development team to automate service deployments, optimize system performance, and integrate with enterprise authentication services.
What You Will Do
The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for maintaining security requirements, maintaining and improving existing infrastructure, producing detailed documentation, and maintaining systems in the AWS environment. They will also automate and optimize service deployments, deliver a full-stack web application to production, and identify and resolve operational issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years IT experience
- Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements
- Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA certification
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in automating tasks using scripted languages
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with DevOps development processes and Continuous Integration tools
