Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Analyst, Cloud Ops with strong engineering and architectural expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Windows-based infrastructure solutions, including servers, applications, and associated technologies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, security, and reliability of the Wintel environment while driving strategic architecture initiatives aligned with business objectives.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include designing and architecting scalable, secure, and highly available Windows-based infrastructure, deploying and configuring Windows Server environments, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform, monitoring system health and performance, and implementing performance tuning and optimization strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Windows system administration, infrastructure engineering, and solution architecture
- Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012 and later) and core Microsoft infrastructure services
- Strong expertise in Windows Server technologies, Active Directory & Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, infrastructure automation practices, and ITIL framework
