Job Description
As a Cloud Services Administrator 1 at HDR, you will perform routine administration tasks across supported cloud platforms, support provisioning and configuration of cloud resources, and assist with identity and access administration for cloud and cloud-connected SaaS services. This on-site role supports 24/7 operations and requires scheduled on-call flexibility and the ability to remain reasonably reachable during off-hours for critical business continuity.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud operations, or technical support.
  • Basic understanding of cloud concepts including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and SaaS integrations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, request, and change management.
  • Foundational understanding of security principles including least privilege access, MFA, and secure configuration basics.
  • Ability to learn multiple cloud platforms and tools in a structured enterprise environment.
