Requirements

  • Basic understanding of cloud concepts including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and SaaS integrations
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, request, and change management
  • Foundational understanding of security principles including least privilege access, MFA, and secure configuration basics
  • Ability to learn multiple cloud platforms and tools in a structured enterprise environment
