Club Host (Front-of-the-House)

The Front of House role at General Provision is the first impression, daily operator, and primary tour guide of the clubhouse. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of hospitality, operations, and sales.

What You Will Do

Manage the flow of the space, deliver an exceptional member experience, and convert prospective members through tours and first impressions.

You will be responsible for setting the tone, maintaining the environment, and ensuring the clubhouse runs smoothly from open to close. You will work closely with the Floor Host to ensure seamless daily operations and communicate clearly across roles to maintain coverage and service quality.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years in hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading tours
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Professional, polished, and energetic presence
