Role OverviewThe Club Lounge Server is expected to create an incredible experience for each guest by demonstrating a strong attention to detail, communicating guest needs, and upholding a high level of standards. They will work in a team environment and be able to work independently.
What You Will Do
The Club Lounge Server will greet and serve guests with warmth and sincerity, maintain order of food and beverage, and control lounge inventory. They will also be able to improvise and make empowered decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- At least one year of serving experience
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Bar knowledge with some experience serving liquor, beer, and wine
- Effective conflict resolution and organization skills
- Professional and cooperative demeanor
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Good to excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to pass a background check
