Requirements

  • Administers Club policies and procedures
  • Plans, develops, and approves operational policies, programs, and methods
  • Monitors financial reports and takes corrective action
  • Coordinates the development of long-range and annual plans
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and directing work
  • Manages department members, including Assistant General Manager, Community Association Manager, and others
  • Attends conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry developments
  • Coordinates budgets and monitors financial statements
  • Coordinates and serves as ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and committees
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Maintains relations with police, fire, liquor control board, health department, and other agencies
