Job Description
The Clubhouse Attendant provides a professional and competent image while interacting with guests and residents in a HOA community. The position involves greeting guests, monitoring entrance and departure, and reporting any violations of rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Greet all guests in a standing upright position
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure
  • Utilize proper phone etiquette
  • Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations
  • Assist Property Manager with community violations
  • Observe precautions required to protect residents, guests and property
  • Follow Opening and Closing Procedures of the Club House
  • Be familiar with the fire alarm system operations
  • Monitor Club House, Pool, Tennis Courts, Play Ground, &Picnic Pavilion use
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities
  • Report all maintenance items
  • Perform administrative assistant functions
