Job Description
The Clubhouse Attendant provides a professional and competent image while interacting with guests and residents in a HOA community. The position involves greeting guests, monitoring entrance and departure, and reporting any violations of rules and regulations.
Requirements
Greet all guests in a standing upright position
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure
Utilize proper phone etiquette
Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations
Assist Property Manager with community violations
Observe precautions required to protect residents, guests and property
Follow Opening and Closing Procedures of the Club House
Be familiar with the fire alarm system operations
Monitor Club House, Pool, Tennis Courts, Play Ground, &Picnic Pavilion use
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities
Report all maintenance items
Perform administrative assistant functions
