Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Clubhouse Operations Technician to maintain the impeccable standards of our high-end facility by ensuring all amenities, common areas, and event spaces remain spotless, fully functional, and welcoming for our discerning members and guests.
What You Will Do
Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the community's exterior and interior common areas, hosing walkways, pool deck areas, sweeping pickleball and tennis courts, and assisting the Management team with small projects to support the clubhouse facility.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience with furniture set up and break down for member activities
- Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HOA community rules and protocols
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds
