Role Overview

The Clubhouse Director serves as the operational leader of the Pathway to Hope Clubhouse, responsible for advancing the mission, culture, and long-term success of the organization's flagship program. This position provides leadership for all aspects of Clubhouse operations, ensuring fidelity to Clubhouse International standards while cultivating an environment where members are empowered to contribute, develop meaningful relationships, pursue personal goals, and participate fully in community life.

What You Will Do

Lead daily operations, membership engagement, outreach and referral development, employment and educational initiatives, accreditation efforts, community partnerships, and strategic growth opportunities. Foster a welcoming, inclusive, strengths-based environment where members are valued as colleagues and active participants in Clubhouse operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in psychosocial rehabilitation, behavioral health, community mental health, nonprofit services, workforce development, education, or a related human services field
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with individuals, families, community partners, employers, volunteers, and referral sources
  • Strong communication, facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, psychosocial rehabilitation principles, strengths-based approaches, and community-based mental health services
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard database or case management systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours with occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required
