Role OverviewThe CMT Laboratory Manager oversees daily operations of a construction materials and geotechnical testing laboratory, managing lab staff, ensuring accurate testing, and supporting project teams with reporting and client service.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt, implementing and adhering to the laboratory Health & Safety program, arranging for equipment maintenance, training and mentoring laboratory staff, and preparing and distributing laboratory testing reports.

Requirements
- 5+ years of laboratory testing and supervisory experience
- Experience testing and reporting of FDOT and CMEC samples
- Experienced with civil construction practices and relevant testing standards and FDOT / USACE Methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems
- Experienced with Radiation Safety and can be the Radiation Safety Officer
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving experience
