Job Description
Sanford Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents in long-term care. The CNA will assist with basic health care needs, provide psychosocial support, and document resident interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
Minimum age of 16
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year
A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually
Maintains all department specific required certifications
