Job Description
La Crosse County is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work on an irregular part-time schedule, primarily nights, at Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living in West Salem, WI. The CNA will assist residents with personal care, activities of daily living, and mealtime supervision, while promoting independence and dignity.

Requirements

  • Must be Certified Nursing Assistant at time of hire and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Lakeview driving: Employee must possess a valid driver's license and be approved by the County, if driving facility vehicles in the transportation of residents to program events, medical or dental appointments, etc.
  • Must successfully pass a background check as required by the Wisconsin Caregiver law.
