Job Description
Role Overview

Join our residential neuro rehabilitation team and become part of a home-like environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals recovering from brain injuries and neurological conditions. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll do more than provide direct care—you'll help residents build independence, confidence, and life skills while supporting them in their recovery journey.

What You Will Do

Provide direct personal care assistance, monitor residents' physical condition, assist with medication observation, support residents in developing daily living skills, and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This unique role combines traditional CNA responsibilities with opportunities to assist with medication administration, transportation, meal preparation, community outings, and daily household activities. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you'll build lasting relationships with residents and help create a supportive environment focused on dignity, growth, and quality of life.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or Home Health Aide certification if applicable, in accordance with state requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record as defined by agency policy
  • Completion of a recognized nursing assistant or home care aide training program
  • Minimum of six (6) months of recent experience providing direct care or related support services preferred
