Job Description
Responsible for creating and maintaining on-going therapeutic programs and activities for residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and meeting residents' interests and therapeutic needs.

Requirements

  • CNA certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field required
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an activities or recreation program
  • National or state recreation certification and/or Certified Activities Professional designation strongly preferred
  • Certified nursing assistant preferred
