Job Description
Responsible for the care delivered to residents on an assigned shift. Provides assistance to residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and notifies Charge Nurse of any change in a resident's condition.

Requirements

  • Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policy and procedures.
  • Obtain and record blood pressure, O2Sats, pulse, respiration and temperature.
  • Responsible for restocking items used and keeping resident rooms, bathrooms and whirlpool rooms neat and tidy.
