Role OverviewProvide high-quality, individualized basic care activities as identified by the RN, using the components of the nursing process. Perform duties in a manner that provides for the physical, psycho-social and spiritual needs of the patient.
What You Will Do
Perform basic patient care activities, including bathing, oral care, positioning, line changes, and ambulating. Respond to concerns regarding patient safety and follow established emergency procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and have a valid State of California Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Certification.
Requirements
- Valid State of California Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current Los Angeles County Fire Card
- Assault Response Competency (ARC)
