Role OverviewBenchmark at Hamden is hiring a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 1st Shift (7a-3p) and 2nd Shift (3p-11p) with a schedule of Sunday & Monday or Friday & Saturday. The role involves delivering care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment within a senior living community.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior, engage residents in meaningful activities, provide emotional support, and utilize customer service skills to ensure exceptional care.
