Role OverviewReporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for providing high quality, individualized basic care activities as identified by the RN, using the components of the nursing process. The CNA will perform duties in a manner that provides for the physical, psycho-social and spiritual needs of the patient.
What You Will Do
Performing basic patient care activities, observing and reporting patient issues/concerns/problems, and contributing to the patient care process by assisting the patient in basic living activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a current and valid California Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, and Los Angeles County Fire Card. They will also have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and a minimum of six months recent experience in an acute care setting.
