Role OverviewCNA Trainee position provides hands-on experience while participating in a Certified Nursing Assistant training program. Work under licensed nursing staff and instructors to learn skills needed to provide compassionate care and support to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
What You Will Do
Participate in the facility's Certified Nursing Assistant training program, observe and learn resident care techniques, assist with resident care activities, practice CNA skills, and communicate resident observations and concerns.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a high school equivalency program
- Interest in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to follow directions and maintain professional conduct
