Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Field Service Technician to repair and maintain CNC machine tool equipment, controls, and other components purchased by customers. Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, and communicate issues to customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Travel to customer sites
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machine tool equipment
  • Identify areas for performance improvement
  • Detect and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components
  • Utilize machine tool manuals and internal resources to research machine issues
  • Effectively communicate machine issues to customer
  • Exhibit ownership of customer related problems
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of product lines
  • Stay abreast of vendor products and new technology
  • Conduct machine maintenance training
  • Read and understand drawings and schematics
